Not sure about the lack of confidence being shown over the BPBC drinking abilities. People forget that lard is an advantage for this! As far as I can remember ;-) not a single FaT person successfully completed the pre-Boat Race pub crawl this year and I think only one did so last year. Bring on a competition...

It wasn't Easter Sunday, 'cos that was the Boat Race itself - the crawl was on Good Friday. And IIRC, I'm still the only FaT entry to have completed the course.

Now I think about it, I was a FaT member last year so I guess there have actually been two of us. However, we can say that not a single _current_ member has completed the course! A few of the girls and Ian E joined in for about the middle third of the course in 2004 but didn't want to do the whole thing. Given the ever competitive nature of real rowers I expect there will be plenty of volunteers for 2006 now!

I'm trying to remember how far I made it last year (also for BPBCABC). I think I joined at the Crabtree (de rigeur) and made it to the end...so almost...
