Don't forget STCS :-) Who's running it this time round ?
by STCS SU 2004 - Sun 18th Jan 2004, 9:26pm
I have a few candidates for running STCS this year, and have spoken to all of them, but I've not made a choice yet. I'll probably make a choice sometime within the next week.

...is that a Nat Champs brag perchance, Esther? :)
by not bragging - Mon 19th Jan 2004, 1:44pm
no. i'm complaining that we do nothing in our club but train for an event that happens once a year on a windy ugly bit of water and we'll probably not win. Somewhat like the boat race i suppose

I did. But that's because [buft]in my day[/buft] we won it. I also voted for "It's cold" because Rich nearly got hypothermia one outing when it was snowing. Ah, happy memories...

Had to go for the gap after bumps, although (indeed, because) [buft]it's not an anti-climax when you indulge in zymurgo-Egyptology[/buft] ;-)
