I think I ought to point out that you've signed up to be a COX, right? Which is basically volunteering to do nothing but stare at other people wearing lycra, for the next.. forever. At least as a rower there's a certain sense of camaraderie about poncing about in all in ones. And besides, how else would we show off our guns? :|

(On a related point - memo to the lower boats captains: you're meant to teach them to hate red. What the hell is stroke up to? Unless it's a plan to wind up the other 7 so they paddle harder... excellent...)

It didn't say college ugly outside when I first arrived, otherwise I'd have done a u-turn. And Charley's leggings are pink, not red.
I actually started to cox to steer you all into the bank as punishment for offending my eyes, as opposed to wanting to stare at your guns.

I think all those good old fashioned summer regattas must be credited with Britain's continued Olympic successes in the sport. Boatie girls in lycra + boatie guys in lycra + 72% chance of pulling if thus inclined = high likelihood of boatie couples => genetic selection for boatie kids => more Olympic gold(s) in twenty years' time.

How's the incest chart coming along, by the way? (Too late for 2012 unfortunately.)

Incest chart is coming along nicely, although a couple of the present LBC's *ahem* seem to be rather firmly in the centre at the mo...which I'm sure isn't right really... Any known links to present FAT members will be greatly recieved to either lkp25 or fmr24.
