How will the boat race go?
After the 0-5 humiliation at Henley today with the women and children, how will the men fare? Pick once for the Blues and once for the Reserves.

High confidence indeed, it would seem!

Is there going to be an official poll which we can deluge with votes again?

Everyone surely has confidence that JPD will pull out the stops at the appropriate moment!
by Ingers - Mon 22nd Mar 2004, 3:38pm
That sounds rather drastic. Frontstops or backstops?

Interesting to see more faith in Goldie than the Blues. It may change things if I point out that yesterday the two crews raced each other and, according to the Times, the Blues won very easily with an unnamed member of Goldie catching a boat-stopping overhead. Hopefully not Gaypers!

Exactly. Clearly Goldie are so good already that they can spend the final week boosting Blue Boat morale rather than focusing on their own rowing!

Indeed. A quick scan of the crew lists reveals that none of the scum will be racing.

am rather concerned to note that Jon is signed up to do the boatrace pub crawl. is it a new strategy: get so p#$%ed that you can't feel pain?

JPD was indeed there for the kick off. Have a look in the Gallery.

... which was a deliberate attempt to get some more comedy in!
