Well who knew there were 8 furlongs in a mile before today? All I can say is thank god there weren't any more. Not bad for a scratch crew (apart from the boat speed and the catches and not holding the finishes in and the lack of seperation and lack of core and ........ )
Beaten by Jesus (presumably 1st or 1st/2nd VIII) who got 5:22 after predicting 4:50.
We were 4 seconds quicker than our guess, I guess I shouldn't have tried so hard...
Although it seemed like a few people were going for the predicted time rather than the fastest...
