Final
Beat LMBC (2/3 length)
LMBC were good, but we rowed through them on the Railway Bridge corner and held them round the last bend to win by 2/3 length. Best row we've had yet! (Matt)

2nd men's VIII, 2nd division

Beat LMBC II (1 length) in the semi finals and Beat LMBC III (easily) in the final
Semi finals
Beat LMBC II (1 length)
The 2nd Lent boat cruised through the early rounds, but came up against LMBC II in the Semis. They had lost to LMBC II in both the prior encounters of the term - the Head2Head and the Robinson Head. Few spectators on the bank really fancied their chances, but the crew were fired up like nothing else. A phenominally quick start won them a small lead and they never lost it - fighting a tight battle to the railway bridge and pulling out a lead of 1 length as the finish approached. An awesome race. I thought they were scary and big. But we would have beaten them if the row hadn't been so scrappy. (Dubya)
