The 3rd VIII need nicknames........ by Cox wannabe, and Chief T-Shirt Buyer - Tue 5th Mar 2002, 10:33am
Fellow boaties, the 3rd VIII require some amusing nicknames for their forthcoming T-shirts. If you would like to add any and all of your suggestions here, they will be considered in due course for suitability.

To start the thread off, I suggest something about his alcohol consumption (and consequences) for Iain, eg 'pisshead', or 'Barnes-lover'.
For Dave Gill, I think somehting like 'take a break' or 'have a rest' or 'I'm tired now' are suitable. 'Smile for the cameras' is good for Ben perhaps. 'baggy shorts' for cenks 'old man' for mike 'hon sec' for the hon sec 'it feels rushed' for stroke man Whadya reckon?!

How about Jim "hunky-hunky-chunk-of-love" Fields. Or do you not call yourself this anymore?

If you're running out of ideas, anagrams always provide amusement. For example, who knows that 'Thomas Rose' is an anagram of 'oh, most arse' ;-)
