VENUE: The Old Kitchens, Trinity College DATE: Saturday 5th March TIME: 7.30pm (sherry reception) for 8pm, followed by a bop (optional) in the WPR afterwards. DRESS-CODE: Formal club dress or black tie for men and the equivalent for women. COST: £29 for dinner; £4 for a bop ticket ordered in advance, £5 for a bop ticket on the door. THE MENU: Sherry Reception ~~~ Roast Plum Tomato & Basil Soup ~~~ Daube of Beef cooked in a Bayleaf, Orange & Herb Gravy with Baby Root Vegetables and Potatoes or Baked Gnocchi in a Cheese, Wild Mushroom & Sun-Blushed Tomato Sauce topped with Mozzarella Cheese ~~~ Crème Brulee Ice Cream ~~~ Coffee and Mints Port Wine: Vieille Ferme Rouge, Côtes du Ventoux 2003 Vieille Ferme Rose, Côtes Ventoux 2002
