The race was hurried and panicked and we missed the coherent 'rhythm' call at the end of the start sequence. We therefore didn't find an efficient groove to last us 800m; meanwhile Emma began to creep ahead at their rhythm call, and we lacked the self belief to match it - rating too high for the course.

I remember being very disappointed so I think it was a pretty crap / soft row.
