WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE FOR ME
- I have almost 5 years of rowing experience.
- I coached a number of crews at school before coming to Trinity.
- I am proof that you can enjoy rowing without necessarily being in the top boats.
WHAT I SHALL DO IF ELECTED
- Develop and implement training plans tailored to each crew so that nobody feels they are training too much or too little.
- Ensure that every novice knows how they can improve individually.
- Create and maintain an environment where there is serious competition not just at the top, and yet where the atmosphere is relaxed throughout.
WHY I WANT TO BE AN LBC
- I take pleasure in the successes of First and Third and would like to be a larger part of them.
- I've been here for almost a year now and I feel I'm in a position to give something back to the club.
- Rowing is a part of my life and I want to keep it that way.
