The University fours competition. Usually used as a prelude to Fairbairns.

1st men's IV (1st division): Beat Queens' by 12s in the quarter finals and Lost by 9s to St Catherine's M1 in the semi finals

1st women's IV (1st division): Lost to Downing W1 in the quarter finals

2nd men's IV (2nd division): Lost to LMBC M2 in the quarter finals

With just a week before Novice Fairbairns, the "Clare Novices" offer all-important race practice and exciting side by side racing. Most college novice VIIIs enter.

1st women's novice VIII (1st division): Raced 3 rounds: Lost to Jesus NW1 by 1 length in the quarter finals

2nd women's novice VIII (2nd division): Raced 3 rounds: Lost to Pembroke NW2 by 1 length in the semi finals
