Drumps involves a course of approximately 8 stations (with marshals, usually unbribable) at which members of a racing crew must each drink a particular alcoholic beverage in the shortest possible time, before moving onto the next station and a different drink. The aim is to both 'drump' crews ahead and ultimately to finish Head of the Drumps. Club formal hall generally completes the evening.
