I thought the bop this term was one of the most enjoyable for a long time. I had a curious feeling at the time that I couldn't tell whether the WPR was crowded or almost empty. I kept lurching from one conclusion to the other. Three days later and I'm still at a loss. What's the answer?

I think 16 people for 8 links is the most efficient solution! This way all the links can be developed in parallel, so the time required for generating the whole link-fest can be very short indeed.
