10th Nov '03Intra-FaT Erg Challengeby ccsi
4 Teams comprising the Light IV, 1st IV, 2nd IV and four from this year's novices will race in a format similar to Queen's Ergo competition.

Each team is to complete 8 * 500m so each competitor must race twice.

I reckon it will be bloody close...

I should have put that this is going to happen at 6pm on Wednesday 12th November.

actually i meant to tell everyone its now going to be a little bit later. we are aiming for a 6:15 kick off as some of the novices have supervisions finishing at 6. Also the plan is to get 8 novices so they only have to do it once each.

Surely the novices should be allowed eight competitors, in the style of my and Tom's 'Elite 2-' from a couple of years back?

That is the plan. See Dan's comment

Bet the novices go slower than that

I'm not sure this will do the novice team any favours - I'd expect a team of 8 to go slower than the best four would doubling up...
