Definitely the best race of the day. Headwind had picked up but still went over faster than either of the morning races. Mentality was there but damn those schoolboys are quick

We took one stroke and realised we were going to win. The process of winding it down began less than 500m in when we were already multiple lengths ahead.
Semi finals
Lost to Pembroke by 3/4 length
Lost to Pembroke by 3/4 length
It was less than 3/4 but whatever. The best executed race by any First and Third crew I've been in and this is the fifth time I've faced Pembroke in a regatta (and the fourth I've lost).
2nd men's VIII, Open Eights, Band 4
Beat Univ, Ox by 2 lengths in the 1st round and Lost to Radley by 1.25 lengths in the quarter finals
