The winter edition of the classic Head-To-Head race. Go from Railway Bridge to the A14, spin, and then come back again. Add your two times together for the final result.

Robinson Head
Fri 13th February
A timed head race from bridge to bridge. Revived after a five year hiatus.
The last timed head race on the Cam before Lents - and a useful form guide with many college boats competing.

2nd men's VIII (1st division): 2nd fastest boat

Winter League, 2nd leg
Sun 15th February
A timed head race on the Cam, primarily for Town crews.
The Winter League is a series of races for town clubs; college crews seldom enter in great numbers.

Norwich Head
Sat 21st February
5k Head race in Norwich.
A fun day out off Cam.

Lent Bumps Getting-on Race
Fri 27th February
The 2000m qualifying race for the Lent Bumps
The Lent Bumps are the focus of the term for college rowing, but only those boats finishing sufficiently high in last year's races are automatically entered. All other crews must compete for the remaining places available.

The famous Cambridge University Bumps on the River Cam
The focus of the year so far. The Lent Bumps are smaller and less prestigious than the May Bumps, but nevertheless involve 60 men's and 60 women's crews.

Up 3 - Bumped Peterhouse, St Catharine's and Magdalene
1st women's VIII: 12th in division 1
Down 3 - Bumped by St Catharine's, Churchill and Homerton
2nd men's VIII: 9th in division 2
Up 3 - Bumped Sidney Sussex, Hughes Hall and Homerton
2nd women's VIII: 11th in division 3
Down 2 - Bumped by Emmanuel III and Churchill II
3rd men's VIII: 3rd in division 4
Down 1 - Bumped by Emmanuel III

Women's Head of the River Race
Sat 14th March
The Women's Eights Head, on the Tideway in London.
The largest women's only race in the country, raced in early March over the Championship course on the Tideway in London

1st women's VIII (Challenge Academic): 119th, 2nd Cam college

Talbott Cup
Tue 17th March
A side-by-side knock out regatta on the reach, over 800m
An event for the lower boats, who haven't generally got on for Lent Bumps

3rd men's VIII (3rd men's VIIIs): Raced 3 rounds: Lost to Sidney III by 2 lengths in the final
4th men's VIII (4th men's VIIIs): Beat Emma IV by 1.25 lengths in the quarter finals and Lost to Pembroke IV by 2 lengths in the semi finals

Head of the River Race
Sat 28th March
A huge head race on the Tideway (tidal river Thames) over the University Boat Race course
The largest annual VIIIs head race in the country, attracting most rowing clubs and many University and College crews. The course is 4 1/4 miles, from Mortlake to Putney.
