We rowed hard. A very good row despite challenging and unmitigated conditions (on the plus side, Vlad now knows where the racing line isn't).

My first race as a rower. A struggle. Somehow went down the course with a reasonable boat speed.
A highlight was Neil shouting at our lovely cox for the day "ARCHIE, STEER!!" as we came round ditton
We somehow won. But that's more of a scathing inditement on the other crews than anything positive from us. Boat heavily down to strokeside and made for immensely difficult rowing. So much work to do to put things right, but a hip flask is a fun little reward!
