The Club's Results

We entered in the 'open' category as we were the only women's 2x in the whole race and thought we'd rather have some opposition. Consequently, our goal was to beat at least one of the men's crews we were racing. I guess the one we did beat in the end probably was a complete scratch crew, but then we only had one brief paddle together before the race as well, so we were pretty happy with the result!

Racing in the double was great fun and leaves me convinced that I want to do more of the same in the future! (Ulrike)
