1 November 2000 - River Flooding

The country wide floods in November 2000 caused the postponing of the University IVs and the cancellation of the Head of the River IVs. Below are some pictures of the stream and high water levels on the Cam.

However, water levels were higher than this both in May 1978 and in February 2001 - the latter being the more extraordinary because of the work done on flow control by the river authorities since the 1978 disaster.
