Fens of Fury
Sun 7th April
A 6k "adventure run" organised by ARU in a field near Lode.
Involved jumping over a load of haybales, running through fields for a while, and then clambering through assorted obstacles including a pit full of ice cubes and a fence.

Cambridge Head-2-Head
Sat 4th May
A timed headrace in two parts, length 2x2000m.
Early Easter term race practice for many college crews.

City Sprints
Sun 5th May
Fun 400m regatta format sprint in front of the boathouses. Started from stakeboats just before Elizabeth way.

1st men's VIII (Men's Mays Division1): Lost to Downing M1 by 3/4 of a length in the semi finals and Beat FaT M2 by 3/4 of a length in the plate final
2nd men's VIII (Mens Mays Division 2): Raced 3 rounds: Lost to FaT M1 by 3/4 of a length in the plate final

Champion of the Thames Eights Head
Sun 12th May
A Head race for eights from the Plough Pub to the Penny Ferry.
The premier on Cam competition of the year. With alcohol based prizes for best bumps start, best line round Ditton - as well as for finish position.

Cambridge 99's Regatta
Sun 26th May
A side by side knock out regatta along the reach over 800m
A fun summer regatta for college VIIIs. Unfortunately not all that many crews are able to enter, though, because of exam pressures!

1st men's VIII (1st division): Raced 3 rounds: Beat LMBC M1 by 1/3 of a length in the final
1st women's VIII (1st division): Raced 3 rounds: Lost to Clare W1 (easily) in the final
2nd men's VIII (2nd division): Raced 3 rounds: Bye (crew scratched in fear) in the plate final
3rd men's VIII (3rd division): Lost to Catz M2 by 4 lengths in the quarter finals and Lost to LMBC M3 by 1 length in the plate semi finals
Spoon Boat (4th and lower division): Lost to Trinity Hall M3 by 5/2 of a length in the heats and Lost to Clare Hall M1 easily in the plate semi finals

May Bumps
Wed 12th - Sat 15th June
The famous Cambridge University May Bumps on the River Cam
The highlight of the college rowing calendar involving a total of over 1500 students - with 63 competitors from Trinity

Cardboard boat race
Sun 16th June
A race from Jesus Lock to near Magdalene Bridge and back, collecting an egg on the way. In a boat made of cardboard.
