Peterborough Summer Regatta
Sat 11th August
A knock out multilane regatta over 1000m on the Peterborough City Rowing club rowing lake
A good summer venue with reasonable numbers and quality of opposition. There was expected to be a liver-poisoningly drunken party on the Saturday evening, usually involving naked rowing and pole climbing. Instead everyone watched some diving on TV.

1st women's IV (W IM3 4+): Failed to reach final by 0.6s in the heats
Welsh pair, Welsh Pair (IM2 2-): Won by a length? in the heats and Lost by 1.5 lengths? in the final

Peterborough Summer Sprint
Sun 12th August
A 4-lane 500m sprint on the Peterborough Rowing Lake.
A good chance to beat some quality opposition as they nurse their hangovers well into the afternoon.

People who were (mostly) in Cambridge (Mixed IM2 8+): Won by a length and a bit in the final
1st men's IV (IM2 4+): 3rd by 8s in the final
Coxless pairs, Welsh Pair (IM2 2-): Won by 3.6s in the final

Cambridge Autumn Regatta
Sun 9th September
600m side-by-side on the reach from the railway bridge to Ditton
One of the last regattas of the UK summer season, Cambridge Autumn is organised by the 99s. It's normally held too early in term to attract College rowers, but attracts rowers from the South East after one last pot.

Miscellaneous men's VIIIs (CRA IM3 VIIIs): Beat Chesterton by a length and a bit in the final
Miscellaneous men's IVs (IM3 4+): Lost to Hertford College, NRO in the quarter finals
Miscellaneous men's IVs (Oxford/Cambridge challenge): Beat Hertford College in the final
