The Club's Results

We were drawn against a very strong Trinity College Dublin crew who reached the finals and lost to Durham University. Apparently the commentary from the launch said that we slowed down when we hit the strong head wind coming out past the island whereas the TCD girls (who were quite big and far more technically competent) did not. However, we put in a good fight and kept the losing margin as small as we could but unfortunately were never really in with a chance of winning. (Sally)
