If elected, I will

• Continue the recent efforts to improve the boat club's financial situation and endeavour to repay the remaining debts
• Reduce the loss made by dinners, whilst still keeping the costs suitably low
• Devise a simple, but effective system for keeping the accounts in such a way so as to avoid the confusion of past years and make it easier for future secretaries
• Organise the much needed re-painting of the boathouse
• Organise race entries, transport and trailering
• Encourage wider participation in the running of the club from all of the members
