Up-to-the-minute news from our correspondents on the towpath....

The SMS services regrettably aren't working at the moment due to a major problem with our SMS providers - iTagg. When the link works then it should be service as usual. (We tested it last night & everything was great!!) In the meantime I'll be attempting to update the charts by using internet explorer on my phone - the only caveat being that this has not been tried before!

Ok, m4 results are up, even though they aren't listed on the front page. Wap pages are working too though the index doesn't look like they've been updated. Hopefully normal service will resume soon!

Day 1 of the bumps has passed without major incident. The third men's VIII got a quick bump on Downing III, living up to expectation after a strong set of results this term. All our other crews rowed over - the 2nd men's VIII the most notable, escaping by inches ahead of Queens II. More details on the Lent Bumps page Although v. muddy, the towpath is amusing - FaT seems to be running the bumps again! This time we have the majority of Senior Umpires which include Andrew, Alla, JPD, Tom, Will, Dubya, Blackburn, Glass and me.

SMS update Our results service has been on half-power without the iTagg SMS system for most of the day. Please accept apologies if this has been disappointing. I very much hope everything will be fully operational tomorrow. re: today, messages sent to us during the outage seem to have been lost. Other replies have been very delayed but should have arrived now.

Not sure what's up with the network today. The link between Cambridge and the outside world seems flakey. This could well hold up incoming results! We'll do our best.
